You can feel like a kid again, when you ate to satisfy hunger, without the feelings of shame and guilt that go with binging.
This leads to you eating more at the next meal than you should because you feel so hungry and think you need to eat a lot. You should try to eat something every 2-3 hours so you never feel starving. Waiting until your stomach is growling is too long.
